Space

We will provide you only with a space; you can supply your own tables, canopies, & chairs, or you can rent them from the Flea (canopies not required)

Electricity

If you need electricity in order to participate please contact Nathan at (502)-552-0061. Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed. There is a fee of $20 to access electricity. If you choose to use a generator please be advised that you must have either a really quiet generator, or at least 100' of extension cord so we can place your generator at a distance from neighbors and patrons.

Fees

  • 8x8 ------- $40 per day
  • 10x10 --- $60 per day
  • 10x20 --- $110 per day
  • 10x30 --- $150 per day
  • Reservation of Corner Spot -- $25
  • Farmers and Non-Profit Organizations may receive free or discounted booth-space. Please contact Nathan by phone at (502)-552-0061 to see if you would like to see about participating for free or at a discounted rate.

Payment Policy

To make things more convenient for everyone, we will collect money on site the day of the event. A Flea employee will come around and collect payment around 2 pm the day of the event. You can pay using cash or check.

Weather

Inclement weather may result in event cancellation and rescheduling to next weather-permitting weekend. We will communicate through Facebook and email to keep vendors and patrons updated.

Cancellations

If vendor has signed up but chooses to cancel, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Communication

Communication between vendors and market manager will be PRIMARILY THROUGH EMAIL. Please check your email, especially the week preceding the market. This being said, if you would prefer to discuss something over the phone, please don't hesitate to call (phone number at the bottom).

Day of Market

Vendors can begin setup at:

  • 2:00 pm on Friday ( vehicles not allowed onsite after 3:45) --*** Note: Friday load-in is only for dates when we are open on Friday
  • 8:00 am on Saturday (vehicles not allowed onsite after 10:45)
  • 9:00 am on Sunday (vehicles not allowed onsite after 10:45)

Assignation of spaces / Special Requests

Feel free to make requests for particular spaces, or really any special request you may have on the sign-up form. But please understand that special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Hours of Operation

It is requested that vendors try to remain open the entirety of the scheduled hours of the market (unless other plans are made prior to the event with Nathan and/or Courtenay). It is expected that vendors will be set up by 11 am and begin breakdown at end time of the market.

Market Access

Please do not drive into or out of market area without a Flea employee escort (for safety).

Multi-Day Vendors and Security

We will have a security guard on site overnight, so multi-day vendors can leave their set-up overnight. That being said, we cannot be held accountable for damage due to weather so please secure your wares and tents for inclement weather. It is required that vendors with tents/canopies have sufficient weight on all four corners to ensure that their tent/canopy does not "fly away" and damage other vendors property. If you are hooked up to electricity overnight for refrigeration, pls leave a light on so the security guard will be aware if a breaker pops off.
