Germantown Oktoberfest happens every Fall with Goss Avenue being closed to automobiles and transformed into one giant Biergarten! There will be live music, drinking games, weiner dog races, and The Flea Off Market will be there lining the street with vendors selling all sorts of arts, crafts, vintage, antiques, collectibles, gifts, records, books, etc ... T
Admission to the general public is free.
Thank you to the event producers, HB Productions, Hop Atomica, and The Greater Germantown Business Association, for inviting The Flea Off Market to be a part of this great event!
FEES FOR VENDING*:
Regular Vendors
10x10 — $120 per day
10x20 --- $220 per day
10x30 --- $320 per day
Food Truck and Snack Vendors
We will offer spots to a limited number of snack vendors (eg kettle corn, lemonade, ice cream, etc) at this event. The fee is 10% of sales/$100 minimum. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting FOOD vendors at this event. If you are a snack vendor, please contact April at TheFleaOffMarket@gmail.com to inquire about participation.
Farmers and Non-profits
We will probably not be able to discount your rates at this event, but if you’d like to sign up we will let you know if we can squeeze you in.
IN ORDER TO VEND WITH US, PLEASE …
1) FILL OUT THE APPLICATION BELOW.
2) MAKE SURE TO CLICK “SUBMIT” BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM.
3) A POP-UP SCREEN WILL INDICATE YOUR APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED.
4) SEND US PICTURES OF WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING (IF YOU DIDN’T INCLUDE A LINK TO A WEBPAGE).
5) ONCE WE HAVE SEEN YOUR PICS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 1 WEEK TO INFORM YOU IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, DENIED, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE WAITLIST.
6) IF YOU RECEIVE AN ACCEPTANCE RESPONSE FROM US, YOU WILL ALSO BE RECEIVING A SEPARATELY EMAILED INVOICE FROM US THROUGH SQUARE. PAY THE INVOICE AND YOUR SPOT IS RESERVED. YOUR SPOT WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE INVOICE IN FULL.
NOTE: Your invoice will include a non-refundable $5 application fee (this is just to tamp down admin time spent on frivolous sign-ups).

COMMUNICATION:
If you have questions or concerns, or you need to change/cancel your status, PLEASE use email to contact us. PLEASE do not call unless something is pressing (in that case text 502-552-0061 and we will call/text you back asap). Please check your email, especially the week preceding the market.
VENDOR PAYMENT POLICY:
Our events are now pre-pay only. We will send you an invoice through Square. If paying with Flea Bucks, you can mail or drop them off at the address listed in the invoice. The invoice will include options to pay by credit card, ACH check, or Afterpay.
SET UP TIMES:
1:00pm on Friday (vehicles not allowed onsite after 3:45pm)
NOTE: If you have to show up late, you can still load in using our carts. VEHICLES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FROM ENTERING THE MARKET AREA DURING MARKET HOURS.
OPERATING HOURS:
Vendors are required to stay open until the scheduled end of the event. Leaving early may mean that you are not invited back (except in case of emergency, or unless other plans are made with us prior to the event).
VENDOR SPACE ASSIGNMENT:
Vendors will be given a limited choice of spaces. We do not work strictly on a first-come, first served basis as there are many limiting factors, e.g. reserved corner spots, booth size, etc. - We will try to accommodate special requests for spaces, however, special requests ARE NOT guaranteed.
LOAD-IN:
After you are shown to a spot, please unload your vehicle/s before setting up your tent or any part of the booth. Please just promptly unload all of your things out of your vehicle then immediately move your VEHICLE OUT OF THE MARKET AREA.
CANOPIES/TENTS:
Canopies/tents are not required, but if using one, it must be weighted down to keep it from flying away and injuring people or damaging property. (One gallon water jugs tied to canopy legs work well.) If your tent injures people or damages other people's property you will be liable. NOTE: If gusts of wind are over 30mph, you may be required to take your tent down for safety.
WEATHER AND RAIN DATES:
This is a rain-or-shine event. That said, if the weather is terrible, we will cancel/postpone the event and offer a refund. We will communicate with you through email about the weather and its implications for the event. (Please don't call or text us about the weather as we will keep you posted as we know/decide things.)
FIREARMS:
No firearms are allowed inside our events, except by explicit written approval from The Flea Off Market.
We do not allow direct marketing sales; we also reserve the right to prohibit the exhibition or sale of any items that may be deemed offensive or threatening to our patrons, vendors, and/or staff. This may include, but is not limited to, products or images that are perceived to alienate a certain group based on race, gender, or sexual orientation. We also reserve the right to restrict the sale of any animals. If you have something to exhibit or sell about which you are uncertain, please call Nathan to discuss (502-552-0061).
