THIS IS A SPECIAL FLEA INDOOR EVENT, FEATURING VENDORS SELLING RECORDS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS/GEAR, AND MUSIC-RELATED COLLECTIBLES/EPHEMERA/CLOTHING. THIS WILL TAKE PLACE INDOORS AT MASHUP FOOD HALL.
Load-in Saturday 9am-11am. Easy load in to ground floor. We will have plenty of carts and we will have workers to help you load your stuff in (and out).
“Early Bird” Shopping: 11am-12pm ($10 admission).
Free admission: 12pm-6pm.
FEES FOR VENDING AT THE RECORD SHOW:
(We provide the tables, as well as free access to electricity.)
$40 for one 6-foot table
$70 for two 6-foot tables
NOTE: If you want a bigger space just give a call and we will figure it out.
This is a pre-pay event. If your application is accepted, we will email you an invoice. Your spot is not reserved until your invoice is paid in full.

LOAD-IN:
We will have workers to help you load your stuff in (and out).
VENDOR PAYMENT POLICY:
Our events are now pre-pay only. We will send you an invoice through Square. If paying with Flea Bucks, you can mail or drop them off at the address listed in the invoice. The invoice will include options to pay by credit card, or ACH check.
SET UP TIMES:
9-11am on Saturday
OPERATING HOURS:
Vendors are required to stay open until the scheduled end of the event which is 6pm Saturday eve (except in case of emergency, or unless other plans are made with us prior to the event).

FIREARMS:
No firearms are allowed inside our events, except by explicit written approval.
We do not allow direct marketing sales; we also reserve the right to prohibit the exhibition or sale of any items that may be deemed offensive or threatening to our patrons, vendors, and/or staff. This may include, but is not limited to, products or images that are perceived to alienate a certain group based on race, gender, or sexual orientation.
