VENDOR SPACE ASSIGNMENT:
Vendors will be given a limited choice of spaces. We do not work strictly on a first come, first served basis as there are many limiting factors, e.g. reserved corner spots, booth size, etc. - We will try to accommodate special requests for spaces, however special requests ARE NOT guaranteed.

LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT:
There are multiple entrances with a multi-story parking garage immediately behind the building. Plus, there are numerous other nearby pay parking lots and a ton of easy metered and even some free street parking options within a couple of blocks. The venue features 2 passenger elevators, a freight elevator, and multiple staircases. The Flea will have staff on hand “directing traffic” and available to help you load/unload.

Canopies/tents are not required, but if using one, it must fit within your boothspace.

OVERNIGHT STORAGE:
Vendors will be able to leave their setup securely overnight. There will be overnight security staff.

This event is a non-refundable pre-pay event. That said, we will consider giving refunds/credits to vendors who cancel well in advance and/or have a reasonable reason for why they must cancel. $20 admin fee applies.
