Vendor FAQs


What is The Flea Off Market?

The Flea Off Market, in downtown Louisville, KY, is a community showcase of artists, craftspersons, collectors, entrepreneurs, farmers, & anybody that just wants to have a "yard sale" with us.


How much does it cost to be a vendor?

For all but special off-site events (Monnik, The Holiday Bazaar), fees to vend are as follows:

  • 10’x10’ booth space --- $80 on Saturdays, $60 on Sundays

  • 10’x20’ --- $140 on Saturdays, $110 on Sundays

  • 10’x30’ --- $200 on Saturdays, $160 on Sundays

  • Farmers & Non-Profit Organizations may receive free or discounted booth-space. Please contact Nathan by phone at (502)-552-0061 to see if you would like to see about participating for free or at a discounted rate.

  • For that fee, we provide just the booth space; we don’t require you to set up a tent or tables, but you may; you can bring your own, or rent tents or tables from us (more on that on the sign-up form)

  • Admission for patrons is free.


    How do I become a vendor?

It is pretty easy: just fill out the sign-up form by clicking the button above and you’re in! Our regular events are NOT JURIED; if you sign up, you can expect to vend!*

When signing up, you will be prompted to select which day/s you would like to vend. We will only send you a reminder email about 1 week before your event, with a link to load-in details (also linked above).

*FYI: We put on special events, as well, at various locations, and sometimes these ARE juried (the Holiday Bazaar, for example). These juried events may be pre-pay events, and may have different vendor fees; we will try to spell it out clearly in the event descriptions.


What if I am a food vendor?

Food vendors work a little bit differently. If your food is prepackaged to take home, we treat you like a “regular” vendor (see above.) However, if you are a food truck, a snack vendor (ice cream, fair food), or someone selling food items that are ready-to-eat and meant to be consumed on site, please sign up and we will get back to you ASAP to let you know if we have room for you.


How do I pay?

We collect payment on site the day of the event, around 12 noon. You can pay using cash, check, money order, Venmo, PayPal, or Flea Bucks.
